For other shoes, hype would have hit an all time low, but the demand for Chitose Abe’s latest Swoosh collab has never been higher, and we’re not at all surprised.
Taking deconstruction to an entirely new level, the Sacai x Nike Blazer Mid Black Grey features an ultra clean black, grey, and white colour palette that’s ideal for the autumn and winter months. While it may look like any old Blazer from a distance, upon further inspection you’ll find that it’s unlike anything out there. Not only have the side Swooshes and tongue been doubled up, you’ll also find two midsoles and two pull tabs for good measure.
This results in a sneaker that’s sure to turn heads, and it’s exactly what we’d expect to come from the visionary fashion designer who blew our minds with an LDWaffle release earlier this season. A full leather construction is complemented by hits of suede, providing sneakerheads with a shoe that’s as premium as it gets.
