Nike’s marketing campaign for the Epic React begun in January with a series of images depicting layers of foam above a pillow which was resting on springs. It gave some insight into the comfort and revolutionary cushioning of this silhouette.
The Epic React was tested by the world’s greatest athletes. Interestingly, Nike chose to give these runners an Epic React that had clocked over 500 miles of wear. When asked how old they felt the shoe was following a run, most of the athletes thought they’d been given a brand-new pair.
