Here we take a closer look at the NikeLAB Gakou Flyknit White, otherwise known as the ‘Stencil’ Pack. This refined performance silhouette holds a secret. While it may look understated, there’s a rare chance to stamp your own creative touch on the trainer. Think of the Gakou as a blank canvas which is waiting for your customisation.
Both the black and white pair which arrive for the pack include a set of Nike branded stencils. Use some colour to spray paint onto the soft Flyknit. Now the wearer gets to show off their own creation that’s totally unique.
Even if you avoid using those stencils, this shoe remains a stylish and attractive silhouette in its own right. As you’d expect from a NikeLAB release, this best performance attributes are utilised throughout. A foam cushioned midsole sits underfoot which powers each stride with weightless energy.
That lightweight material on the upper features laser cut perforations which promote breathability to the foot. Finally, a suede crafted heel overlay adds some refinement and a slight contrast in a light shade of grey.
