Nike Hybrid RN Laser Red

The Nike Hybrid RN "Laser Red" is a trainer made for athletes who split their sessions between running and lifting. Nike combines ReactX foam with a forefoot Air Zoom unit in the midsole for responsive energy return that avoids an overly soft feel during heavy lifts or sled work. An overlay shaped like an X wraps the upper and works with the laces to hold the foot in place as you switch moves.

Underfoot, a wide outsole creates a stable platform with solid ground contact. Sticky rubber joins high abrasion rubber across the outsole for traction on multiple surfaces, while rubber at the heel limits how the midsole foam expands under load. That setup lets the design go from sprints to squats, or from burpee broad jumps straight into a run, all in one shoe. A focused pair for anyone training across both disciplines.
