Billie Eilish x Jordan Hex Mule SP Black

Once again, Jordan Brand teams up with hugely popular singer Billie Eilish, to bring us this crazy new Mule. Eilish’s track record with the Swoosh has been far from conventional, tackling the Air Jordan 15 and strap-heavy Air Force 1 High with her own signature touch. On the horizon are these leaked images of her next project, the Jordan Hex Mule SP in this “Black” colourway.

Taking a leaf from the Matthew Williams x Nike Zoom 5 Slide, this Mule turns up the notch on its angular lines and brutalist design language. The Hex name comes from the uneven hexagonal shape that is visible when looking from a top-down view. The Jumpman logo that is debossed onto the footbed has also been given an aesthetic update, its iconic two numbers spread apart on a long line, emphasising the clinical motif. The upper on the Mule embraces more forgiving curves, only to ensure it stays wrapped around the top part of your foot.

Eilish returns with another unorthodox piece of footwear, which considering the rest of the collaborative space, is a breath of fresh air. Let’s hope we get some official product shots soon, until then, make sure to stay tuned to The Sole Supplier for further updates!
