Nike prepares for the holiday festivities with the KD 4 “Christmas” 2024, a beloved colourway of Kevin Durant’s fourth signature shoe. First released in 2011 as part of the basketball department’s “Christmas Pack”, this iteration draws inspiration from metallic cookie cutters, a unique approach deviating from the typical Christmas motifs.
This Leo Chang-designed sneaker flaunts a Metallic Copper synthetic upper with lightweight mesh windows on the quarter for breathability. A black Nike Swoosh logo decorates the toe box and supportive ankle straps, whilst KD logos adorn the heel panel. The “35” on the tongue nods to Durant’s jersey number. The special-edition graphics on the sockliner feature sugar cookies that resonate with the theme.
