It has been a long wait but at last the Nike Lil Penny Posite Nola Gumbo have been released. Paying homage to a character created by Nike in the 90s to represent basketball star Anfernee Hardaway, this range in a variety of colourways has been much anticipated.
These shoes are dressed in an all black composite upper- namely marbled leather, panels with graphic detailing and reflective overlays to the rear sidewall. A laser red midsole compliments the inner lining and branding to the heel. A customary Nike Zoom unit in the midsole ensures a low profile and that added comfort. The puppet like character ‘Lil Penny’ is shown on the tongue tab and black rope laces complete this futuristic and sleek look.
