Taking on the RS-9.8 silhouette that was first unveiled just this summer, it takes inspiration from the approximate speed of gravitational acceleration near the Earth’s surface, making it the perfect shoe for this collaboration. Painted in NASA’s iconic red, white, and blue colour palette, premium smooth leather make up the entire upper, with shimmering silver panels hitting the heel and lateral and medial toe, representing an astronaut’s mission ready space suit. Down below, you’ll find an extra chunky foam midsole that’s been infused with the German giant’s signature Running System technology, making every step feel like you’re walking on the moon.
