Ye himself was seen rocking these for months prior to release and when they finally released the scramble was mad. The supple off white leather across the entirety of the shoe is a really good quality. The traditional 3 stripe branding is still on display with the hits of gold on the side panelling. The gold comes in the form of the word Calabasas. The adidas branding is in a nice forest green whilst the tre-foil is a pop of red.
The trainer runs true to size and the quality on this sneaker really is impeccable. The only other detailing is the perforation on the toe box. Although this may be his most understated Kanye sneaker to date it definitely is a must cop. The quality on the shoe is on point and the aesthetic means you can rock it with literally any outfit. The adidas Yeezy Calabasas Powerphase is definitely one of the best sneakers this year.
