Regarded by many sneakerheads to be the most exciting release of the entire year, the Air Jordan 4 "Military Black" is nearly upon us. A monochromatic take of the AJ4 "Military Blue" that first released back in 1989, we're now taking our closest look yet at the clean, cut colourway. On top of that, we may have a potential release date as well, so make sure you read on to find out more!
Bearing a striking resemblance to the late '80s classic, this Air Jordan 4 switches out the iconic blue hues in favour of a stealthy black that will go well with absolutely anything. Crafted from premium leather, light grey suede hues make their way to the lacing cage and mudguards, while breathable mesh panels hit the lateral and medial sides.
The signature Jumpman silhouette can be found on the tongue and heel badge, and to round it all off, the Nike Air midsole retains an ultra crisp white palette that's perfect for the summer months ahead. This all comes packaged within a special edition shoebox that's decorated with a paint splatter effect.
Time for that all-important release information. Early reports suggested that the Nike Air Jordan 4 "Military Black" was set to drop on May 22nd, but our sources tell us that due to ongoing delays and supply chain issues, this has been pushed until June 25th. Official details are expected to arrive within the coming weeks, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! Let us know if you'll be grabbing a pair later this year, and while you're here, here's how the Air Jordan 4 changed the game forever!
