A Closer Look at the Yeezy Boost 380 "Onyx"

When we caught our first glimpse of the Yeezy Boost 380 "Onyx" all the way back in 2019, we knew straight away that it was going to be a must-cop. A stealthy take on Kanye West's sock-like sneaker, everything about it was perfect. Now, after months and months of blurry shots, we're taking our closest look yet at the "Triple Black" trainer, and it's everything that we dreamed of and so much more.

Drenched in a fully murdered out palette, the "Onyx" is painted in all-black from heel to toe. Primeknit takes over the entire upper for a comfortable fit, while Ye's brand new infinitely adjustable lacing system also makes an appearance here, similar to the "Israfil" that launched last weekend.

Moving down below, you'll be presented with a semi-translucent midsole that shows off a bit of that adidas Boost tech, and to round it all off, a healthy dose of gum rubber lines the bottom, finalising the simple yet striking Yeezy aesthetic that we all know and love.
