A Closer Look at the Yeezy Boost 700 "Bright Blue"

The wait is almost over. Last year, Kanye West took to Twitter to reveal hundreds of brand new Yeezy colourways, and within it was the Yeezy Boost 700 "Bright Blue". Fusing the "Sun" with the "Wave Runner", this colourway is set to drop this weekend. Just before that though, we're taking our closest look yet thanks to sneaker insider @jjoseph15!

A Yeezy 700 that seems to be split into three sections, the top half of the upper is dipped in a beautiful, bold blue hue and is crafted from luxurious leather and supple suede. White laces provide a pop of contrast for a look that is sure to turn heads. Shifting your focus down a little but you'll find stealthy black nubuck that's accented with a tint of turquoise to the front for those "Wave Runner" vibes that we all know and love.

Down below, an extra chunky orange midsole is present. Highly sculpted in its design, it houses a full length adidas Boost midsole for comfort and cushioning that is just unbeatable. This is then lined with a dark charcoal rubber outsole finalising the awe-inspiring aesthetic.

While we originally thought that the adidas Yeezy Boost 700 "Bright Blue" was going to drop sometime in the autumn, it's actually making its way to retailers this weekend on April 17th!
