A Shark Fin Swoosh Decorates the Latest Nike Dunk Low "Sun Club"

Nike are bringing the heat with their summer-ready styles right now, especially when it comes to their seasonal “Sun Club” editions. In case you missed it, the Swoosh brand are set to release a series of Air Force 1s, Dunks and Huaraches that all fit the theme, and come styled with summery details for the months ahead. The latest pair to receive official images is the Nike Dunk Low Sun Club “White Yellow,” which features a graphic Nike Swoosh that calls out to tropical waters.

Whilst previously revealed Sun Club Dunks have taken on bright and multi-coloured colour palettes, the “White Yellow” Sun Club Dunk comes in a much more muted makeup. Constructed from recycled materials, the Nike Sun Club “White Yellow” Dunk starts off with a bright white burlap base, that gives way to golden yellow tumbled leather overlays. Looking towards the back of the sneaker, a tan-toned burlap wraps around the heel, and a similar shade dresses the soft sock liner.

Of course, it’s hard to talk about this pair without mentioning the elephant (or should we say, shark) in the room. The iconic Nike Swoosh has been given a playful makeover, with the shape changing into a bold, black embroidered shark fin to play on the theme. The Nike Sun Club branding also appears on the shoe’s tongue tabs.

Finally, the “Shark” Sun Club Dunks come finished with “Volt” coloured insoles, complete with Nike’s Move to Zero Pinwheel logo, and “Sail” and Gum Grind Rubber soles complete the design.

There’s still no word yet on when the “White Yellow” Nike Dunk Low Sun Club, or any other Sun Club pairs can expect a release, but with the temperature starting to heat up and the official images starting to appear, we expect to hear more very soon.
