When you think of Yeezy, chances are you’ll imagine earthy-toned colour palettes of browns, greens and neutrals, but this latest Yeezy 700 V3 proves that the team behind Ye’s brand are capable of much, much more. Whilst most recent Yeezy news has revolved around restocks, the latest Yeezy 700 V3 “Fade Carbon” is a brand new colourway, and utilises much brighter tones than we’re used to seeing from the brand.
The Yeezy 700 V3 “Fade Carbon” sees the shoe arrive in the 700 V3’s usual style and construction, only this time a bright pink to blue gradient fade sweeps across the monofillament mesh upper, peeking out from underneath the translucent TPU cage, which also glows in the dark. A charcoal neoprene liner adds a degree of contrast, whilst providing the pair with a foot-hugging fit for added comfort.
Underfoot, a neutral-hued sole offsets the “Fade Carbon” 700’s bright upper, but instead of the adidas Boost sole used on the 700 V1 and V2, it utilises the V3’s usual EVA foam sole. This doesn’t make for a less comfy ride though – the EVA foam is the same used on the Foam Runner and Yeezy Slide silhouettes. The rubber outsole comes complete with a herringbone pattern for added traction, adding a touch of practicality to the super-loud pair.
The Yeezy 700 "Fade Carbon" is set to drop at adidas CONFIRMED on May 21st, so head over now to get your raffle entry in!
