For me, the adidas Continental fits true to size. With that said, if you wear thicker socks or have wider feet then you can go half a size up. I find that this isn't necessary though as the supple leather stretches over time to fit you perfectly.

The Continentals are insanely comfortable. I was surprised at first considering they feature a retro design that looks like it won't be too comfy, but everything comes together to form an insanely cushioned package that you can rock all day without any dramas.
