adidas have just unveiled images of their latest chunky silhouette, the Torsion X, in 80's and 90's styling, this silhouette is going to add a retro twist to your sights this year and get you rocking these neon hues!
The official colourway is dubbed Hi-Res Yellow/Shock Pink/Active Blue/Easy Mint/Scarlet, with black upper material and a bold midsole below foot.
The lightweight black upper is crafted from a mix of layers, working their way around the shoe and adding a durable feel to the silhouette. Soft suede also holds everything in place, while a unique lace unit shows off a transparent plastic eyelet detail that wraps around the shoe, and joins at the heel for the pull tab.
80's branding comes in on the tongue, where adidas Torsion X labels the brand new sneaker, in co-ordinating colours for the era, too.
Torsion is a stabilising and cushioning system from the 3-Stripe brand, from which this particular sneaker is crafted from 5 different sections. Pink, blue, red and green hues are giving this sneaker a pop of colour in a very unique style.
Boost technology under the heel and forefoot are set to give the wearer a premium cushioning, alongside the Torsion, while also giving that signature adidas look!
The adidas Torsion X is set to be releasing on September 14th, but stay tuned to The Sole Supplier for all updates on this bright sneaker, as well as all of your other sneaker releases and news!
