When Afew store initially worked with ASICS in 2015 they produced arguably one of the best Gel-Lyte III's of all time. Fast-forward 3 years and they have come together once again with the Japanese footwear juggernaut and retailer BEAMS to create the 'Orange Koi'

Initially coming with a black, white and red colour palette, this sneaker has had it's red hits swapped out with a vibrant orange. While the colour palette is exceptional, this sneaker truly is all about the story behind it.

Referencing the cross-continental theme, the trainer features a world map on the left heel while the right heel features the word “Friendship” in Japanese letters. Each shoe then sports the name of the stores involved to further cement the collaborations feel of unity.

Rounded off with a semi-translucent sole which reveals an Orange Koi camouflage, this sneaker is truly the beginning of ASICS resurgence in 2018.
