When St Patrick banished all the snakes from Ireland over 2,000 years ago, little did he know that one day he would inspire the Nike Air Force 1 "St Patrick's Day". Made to celebrate the annual Irish holiday that's for some reason celebrated all across the world, we're now taking an exclusive look at the thematic Air Force 1 that's set to drop around the corner!
Featuring a crisp leather construction, the "St Patrick's Day" works on a clean white base and is overlaid by emerald green panels to the toebox and heel, the latter of which is finely debossed with loads of tiny four leaf clovers that act as a symbol of faith, hope, love, and luck. Lime green Swoosh logos shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, while Nike branding is finely embroidered to the tongue and heel of the AF1.
Down below, you'll find an Air midsole that's as comfortable as it gets, and to round it all off, a metallic gold deubré ties the laces together like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, finalising the design.
Set to drop alongside an Air Max 90 on Saint Patrick's Day on March 17th, the Nike Air Force 1 "St Patrick's Day" is a definite must-have for any rotation! Let us know if you'll be going for these this week, and in related news, Virgil Abloh just confirmed the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 "University Gold"!
