Things are starting to heat up over at Off-White. After a year of nothing but leaks, rumours, and speculation, the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 "University Gold" has officially been confirmed by Virgil Abloh himself. Signed, sealed, and delivered specially for LeBron James, these were gifted to the basketball icon just before the 17th NBA All-Star Game.
With a bold yellow colour palette, this Air Force 1 is made from a crisp leather construction. A shimmering silver Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels similar to previous Off-White Air Force 1s, and you'll also find an abundance of deconstructed details as well, including an exposed foam tongue, a zip-tag, as well as the iconic "AIR" branding.

For King James' pair, Abloh has decorated it with “BLACK LIVES MATTER,” “LE BRON,” and “VIRGIL WAS HERE” markings. While we're unsure if this will come in the final release version, the lining has also been tinted in a subtle baby blue hue. This wasn't seen in previous leaks so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
Expected to drop within the first half of 2021, the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 "University Gold" will retail for £130 and will be extremely limited. Make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more info as it develops and for your best chance to cop, and while you're here, you might as well take your first look at the Off-White x Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue"!
