Inspired by the legendary Nike ACG Caldera Plus Hiking Boot from back in the 1990s, we first saw leaked images of the Nike SB Dunk Low “ACG Caldera” back in February and now we’ve got a closer look thanks to official images! Decked out in various shades of blue and khaki, this is the second SB Dunk release that’s been inspired by the All Conditions Gear range and it’s set to be a future classic.
It’s been a huge year for the Dunk so far, with the SB Dunk showcasing a chunkier look that was originally designed for skateboarding purposes. The hype shows no signs of slowing down as the Swoosh brand continues to unveil new SB collaborations that push the limits when it comes to both creativity and design!
The uppers here appear to be crafted from supple suede throughout and showcase the Dunk’s iconic panelling for a retro-inspired look. Nike’s signature Swoosh logo features across both the lateral and medial sides, while embroidered Nike SB branding is located at both the tongue tab and the heel. Chunky laces and a perforated toe box complete the signature look of the sneakers. Underfoot, a speckled midsole once again showcases ACG vibes, while a full-length Nike Air unit and Zoom cushioning make these some of the comfiest sneakers on the market - if you’ve ever worn SB Dunk’s you’ll know exactly what we mean!
The Nike SB Dunk Low “ACG Caldera” is yet to receive an official launch date, although it’s rumoured to drop in April. If you’re looking to cop this pair then make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier as we’ll be the first to let you know of any updates!
