If you're a food lover and a Millennial, the new Saucony Shadow 6000 – or the Saucomole – could be right up your street. The theme continues the sneaker brand's fascination with food-inspired sneakers, such as the Grid 900 'Dirty Martini', the Saucony Shadow 5000 'Burger', the 'Bacon & Eggs', and 'Shrimp Scampi'.
Inspired by our favourite Mexican dish, guacamole the Saucomole dons luscious green and earthy brown on the uppers to resemble smashed avo on toast – and we think they're delicious.
Green suede with leather overlays decorate the top half of the upper, with a textured brown suede on the mudguard. If we look closer at the collar, there are red speckles peeking out, which resemble chilli flake seasoning.
The silhouette site on a chunky white and off white textured midsole, which features Saucony branding embossed into the back half, while the 'Saucomole' monicker is embosseed in green leather on the heel counter.
Tonal green laces sit up top, and the silhouette is topped off with a cheeky avodaco made from leather and suede.
The Saucomole is going to give you a healthy dose of style this season. Pair with more bright colours to continue the fresh vibes. They're set to drop on the 26th of February so keep it locked to The Sole Supplier to cop a pair of the Saucony shadow 6000.
