Whether you like it or not, the dad shoe trend is here to stay, and Balenciaga's latest offering is confirmation of this. Flawlessly fusing 2018's hottest sneaker trends, these sneakers were spotted during the Spanish luxury fashion house's showcase in Paris Fashion Week.
Spotted in three distinct colourways of 'Triple Black', 'Cream/Orange', and 'Yellow/Grey', the ultimate designer dad-core trainer builds upon the ugly sneaker trend and adds a trail outsole underneath. Featuring premium leather and mesh throughout, two sets of laces gives this shoe a one-of-a-kind aesthetic. The number '44' adorns the toe box, whilst a tongue tab and pull tab round off the design.
Pretty much nothing else is known about Balenciaga's newest trekking-styled sneaker, but we'll be sure to keep you updated as soon as more news develops. In other dad shoe news, take a look at the Umbro Bumpy which dropped exclusively in South Korea and pretty much sold out instantly.
