Bike Air: Nigel Sylvester's Next Nike Collaboration Will Be an Air Ship

Pro-BMX rider Nigel Sylvester has become a well-known name in the sneaker industry after his collaboration with Jordan Brand back in 2018. While the project was a phenomenal success, we haven’t seen any further releases from Sylvester and the Jumpman label, even though they’re still technically officially partnered. However, images of a potential Nigel Sylvester x Nike Air Ship are now beginning to circulate. While the Air Ship isn’t technically a Jordan sneaker, it is the pair that Michael wore before the Air Jordan 1 went into production, meaning there’s a close affiliation here. The kicks are decked out in a clean white and blue colourway, with the design inspired by his upbringing in Queens, NY.

Key details include a mini-Swoosh at the forefoot, “Bike Air” branding on the heel tabs, and Sylvester’s signature “Go” motif on the insoles.
