Bright Yellow Tones Dress the Air Jordan 1 Mid "University Gold"

Yellow tones seem to be a big thing for Jordan Brand this season, as yet another Jordan 1 is set to arrive dressed in the bright and cheery hue. The women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 1 Mid “University Gold” follows on from the upcoming “Yellow Black” and “Yellow Toe” releases, so here’s exactly why you need to add this pair to your list too.

Whereas previous iterations have seen pops of white added to the colour blocking, the AJ1 “University Gold” comes dressed entirely in shades of yellow and black. A darker yellow shade takes over the forefoot overlays, eyestays and collar, whilst a slightly lighter tone dresses the toe box, ankle flaps, and heel. The same light shade also appears on the Nike Swoosh, which sweeps across a black midfoot panel to create a pop of contrast.

The “University Gold” Jordan 1 Mid then gives way to a black tongue and black Jordan Wings branding, whilst a white and yellow sole unit and dark yellow laces complete the colourway.
