Building on its SS23 campaign that championed both family and diversity, Italian sportswear icon C.P. Company is now looking to its material science roots to provide us with its next unique selection of goods. Entitled the "KAN-D" collection, this latest range provides a distinctive approach to outerwear styles, unique in both form and production.
Subtly suggested by the name, the "KAN-D" collection draws inspiration from candy wrappers from the '50s and '60s and their transparent appearance. To achieve this distinctive effect, each piece has been engineered using a flattened monofilament nylon yarn. The ironing of the yarn makes the fabric highly reflective yet transparent at the same time.
Available in both red and blue hues, the KAN-D range boasts two jacket variations, with concealable and detachable hoods and water-resistant properties. Additionally, we also see a crossbody bag, complete with numerous compartments, an adjustable strap, and logo detailing. For those looking to get their hands on C.P. Company's KAN-D collection, you can now find it online via the brand's website. In other fashion news, find your path with Carhartt WIP's SS23 "Trail" collection .
