We are officially championing the React Element 55 as "Most Likely to Succeed"; this year.
Arriving as a follow up to the React Element 87, Nike's sleek sneaker has already been released in a series of colourways since its debut in October, ranging from black and white classics, to pastel brights.
The Swoosh brand's latest concept however takes a step back from monochrome hues to utilise patterns and contrasting textures, tapping into this season's preoccupation with prints.
A black checkerboard design adds a jazzy look across the upper, combined with mesh diamonds for an eye-catching twist.
Adding contrast, pops of neon Volt and Crimson hit the Swoosh, heel tape, and plugs within the shoe's full-length React cushioned midsole.
This switched up silhouette combines everything that we love about the React Element 55, providing a stand out aesthetic teamed with a series of striking features.
An official release date hasn't been announced for this pair yet, so make sure to stay tuned for more updates from Nike.
In related news, Nike have also embraced SS19's metallic trend for the upcoming Nike React Element 55 âGold Ranger.â
