Cherry Blossom Inspires The Nike Air Max 95 "Premium Black"

With Japanese cherry blossom season coming closer and closer, the Swoosh is celebrating this beautiful natural event with a special edition AM95 dubbed the Nike Air Max 95 "Premium Black". While they could've just pasted an image of the flowers onto the shoe and called it a day, the Beaverton brand went a step further, resulting in an insanely unique colourway that is sure to sell out in an instant.

Boasting a luxurious construction, the upper features a pixelated cherry blossom pattern that is sure to turn heads. This is overlaid by a transparent synthetic material, and touched up with pink layers that add even more depth to the design.

A speckled toe box and Air midsole provides an intriguing aesthetic, and to round it all off, a sparkly "Air Max" logo at the tongue finishes off the design. The particles used within the badge could be made of recycled plastic waste like several other recent Nike colourways, but this has yet to be officially confirmed.

Launching alongside a wide range of technical apparel, the Nike Air Max 95 "Premium Black" is available now exclusively in Japan.
