Emilia is a London-based artist and designer who has created herself a space within the UK's sneaker culture to showcase her beautiful pieces of wearable art.
Always up for a challenge, she spent the last few years establishing herself within the City’s creative scene, shaking off the naysayers who used to tell her freelance art was never a stable career choice.

Emilia’s first memory of the Air Force 1 starts at Sixth Form, a time when you can finally retire the school uniform and choose what you want to wear. Of course, she went for the white Air Force 1s, a trainer she described as timeless, clean and fits with her everyday style.
Her journey into customising footwear began when her best friend’s 18th birthday was coming up and Emilia wanted to make her a handmade present. Trying something new, Emilia decided a custom Air Force 1 would be the perfect gift, and well, the rest she says is history.
Wanting to stay creative alongside her University Degree, Emilia decided to post her work online, a journey that eventually led to where she is today and her account, The Little Customs.
