Updated 10/08/23: After giving us our first preview around two weeks ago, Billionaire Boys Club x Moncler have now treated us all to an Instagram Reel offering a further look into the collection. In addition, a release date has been confirmed, with both brand's writing “Moncler x Billionaire Boys Club landing 15.08.23.” Take a look at the video below, and let us know what you think on our socials!
Original Article: In recent years, Moncler's collaborative hot streak has been something quite to behold. The Italian luxury fashion house has managed to link up with the who's who of the streetwear industry previously, and now it looks like its sights have landed firmly on Billionaire Boys Club.
After being founded by Pharrell Williams and NIGO twenty years ago, Billionaire Boys Club's collaborative history isn't exactly lacking either, making this one quite the ideal pairing. In a trio of images shared by the brand, we see classic Billionaire Boys Club iconography paired with a Moncler signature. On the front of the T-Shirt, the regular Billionaire Boys Club logo comes equipped with the brand's classic spaceman motif. This is then outlined with an outlined version of the Moncler emblem, complete with a red Moncler text.
This same mash-up of the Spaceman emblem and Moncler outline is also featured on the rear of the T-Shirt, just in a smaller fashion. In another photo, we see the rework once more, this time gracing what seems to be a leather and cotton hooded piece. It's unclear at this time just when this collaboration will arrive, so make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest. In other fashion news, drop:seven of about:blank's SS23 offerings showcases the best in "contemporary minimalism."
