It would appear football and fashion partnerships seem to be becoming the new trend. Following the adidas x 424 Arsenal collection and reports of an Off-White x Liverpool FC collab in the works, the latest football & fashion rumours now point to an adidas x Gucci Real Madrid collection possibly in the works.
First reported by @Footy_Headlines on Twitter, this collaboration is set to combine iconic signatures from both adidas and Gucci to create a specialised football kit ready to take the pitch by storm.
Leaked images of the collab reveal a fresh take on Gucci's signature GG monogram print which instead has been modified with Real Madrid's iconic crest logo. This print is expected to be featured all over the garments with Real Madrid's signature blue colouring contrasting the white design.
It's unclear at this time if any other colourways are expected to arrive but with a collaboration of this magnitude, we can only presume all parties will have alternative designs in the works. According to the leaks we can expect this one to arrive in May/June 2022 so it will be a little wait before we see if the rumours hold true. In other news, leaked images surface of the Air Jordan 4 "Red Thunder".
