On the dawn of Dickies opening its first-ever standalone European store in London, the workwear icon has now tapped community of creatives Brain Dead for a fresh selection of pieces. Drawing inspiration from both brands' history, this collection boasts a range of loud designs with imagination bursting at the seams.
Speaking on the collaboration, Sarah Crockett, Global Chief Marketing Officer, noted “Brain Dead is a community of creatives and Dickies is a brand that celebrates and embraces the community of makers and those shaping their own path,” and that “This collection represents our mutual spirit and respect for creativity and community and those who prioritize us over me.”
Included, we see reinvigorated renditions of the iconic Eisenhower jacket and 874 work pants, as well as new denim jackets and jeans, and embroidered tees and waffle knits. Each piece arrives with some form of loud hue occupying its outer side or even bleach and paint splatters. In addition, other pieces feature embroidered characters and motifs.
For those looking to get their hands on the Brain Dead x Dickies collaboration, it is currently available for purchase on Dickies' website and at selected retailers. In other fashion news, Pharrell Williams' adidas Originals Collection returns with fresh fall colourways.
