END. x Salomon Link Up on the XT-6 "Dark Truffle"

As the Gorpcore trend continues to grip the sneaker scene, Salomon’s success with the XT-6 shows no signs of slowing down. At this point, it might feel as if the shoe has dropped in just about every colourway imaginable, but trust the team behind END.’s collaborations to come up with a winter-ready banger. Following on from the duo’s previous take on the XT-Wings 2, the Newcastle-based retailer has revealed the upcoming END. x Salomon XT-6 “Dark Truffle”, and it's set to drop very soon.

Arriving in a myriad of earthy shades, the “Dark Truffle” END. x Salomon XT-6 plays on the process of foraging for the delicacy that influenced the style’s creation. Black mesh uppers provide the perfect base for varying beige, brown and green tones, with lighter-toned branding hits providing a pop of contrast. While these shades already nod to the pair’s “Truffle” namesake, a truffle graphic also appears on the insole in line with the collab theme. Of course, being an XT-6, the style also remains as functional as ever, as the style’s signature Quicklace system, Contragrip sole units and ACS tech help to dial up the practicality factor.
