February is Heating Up Thanks to the Air Max 90 "Valentine’s Day"

Forget the cards and flowers, because in the words of Frank Ocean, these b*tches want Nikes. Valentine’s day is right around the corner, and the Swoosh brand have been well and truly bringing the heat this year. The latest V-day-inspired shoe to join the line-up is the Air Max 90 “Valentine’s Day,” which sees shades of red and hot pink dress the fan-fave silhouette.

This year’s Valentine’s Day styles have been donned with textured detailing, from the raised “Love Nike” print on the AF1, to the lacy Swoosh on the pink Dunk Low. The “Valentine’s Day” Air Max 90 takes it to new levels though, with what appears to be lingerie-inspired textures dressing the upper. The base is decorated with a chiffon-like fabric that comes patterned with Nike lettering, whilst satin liners and silky ribbon laces add an extra touch of luxury.

Elsewhere, the typical AM90 overlays, plastics and rubbers all arrive in tonal shades of hot pink and red, whilst orange detailing highlights the Nike logos on the tongue and heel. A crisp white midsole with a pink Nike Air unit and matching pink outsole compliments the rest of the “Valentine’s Day” AM90 colourway.
