Back in March, we reported that Errolson Hugh was working on an ACRONYM x Nike Blazer Low. While the mock-ups were a little sketchy, there was a feature on the shoe that made it stand out among the rest. Fast forward a total of seven months, and we're finally getting our very first look at the techwear king's latest collaboration with the Beaverton brand, and it does not disappoint!
Seen on the feet of Hugh himself, he was rocking the Blazer Low during Rick Owens' SS22 Womens runway show in Paris. Featuring an all-black canvas upper with a printed on Swoosh on the lateral and medial side panels, the material can actually be torn off to reveal a crisp white base underneath. Buttery suede makes up the lacing system, while an exposed foam tongue give the shoe a vintage vibe.

Of course, you can't talk about this shoe without mentioning the mysterious contraption at the heel. We're not entirely sure what it's meant to do, but whatever it ends up being it's no doubt one of the most unique things that Nike has ever released. To round it all off, the rubber midsole is painted in a dull green hue, finalising the design.
According to sneaker insider @py_rates, the ACRONYM x Nike Blazer Low is meant to drop sometime this autumn, so probably in October or November. Let us know what you think of this crazy collab, and while you're here, you might as well take a sneak peek of the Off-White x Nike Blazer Low "Black"!
