The Three Stripes is no stranger when it comes to fusing silhouettes of the past with aesthetics of the future. From the Nite Jogger to the Ozweego, these sneakers have all been brought back from the 20th century and reworked for the modern era. Now, we're getting our first look at the adidas Niteball, and it's all of these things combined.
Making its debut in two clean colourways including "Collegiate Navy" and "Pink Tint", we're getting strong Aimé Leon Dore vibes from these. Inspired by the LXCON and the Streetball, this chunky shoe features a premium leather and suede construction while a set of three canvas ribbons run across the lateral and medial side panels.
Down below, you'll find an extra hefty midsole that utilises adidas LIGHTSTRIKE foam, and to round it all off, a T-shaped toe box finalises each shoe - an element borrowed from the iconic Samba silhouette.
Expected to launch on July 1st in the States, a European release has yet to be officially confirmed for the adidas Niteball, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! In related news, Beyoncé's Ivy Park x adidas Collection is returning later this year!
