Unveiled during last year's FIFA World Cup, the adidas Originals Sobakov has taken the sneaker game by storm. Regarded by many as a football version of the wildy popular Kamanda, the shoe is unlike anything else out there, and now, it looks like the Three Stripes is giving the silhouette the Boost treatment.
Images courtesy of sneaker insider @solebyjc, the Sobakov Boost features the same knitted weave upper as the original pair, but that's where all the similarities stop. The renowned wrap-around cage has now been reworked, and a matte heel cup swoops around the back for added support. Down below, the unique gum rubber outsole from the OG is present, but it's been embedded with Boost technology for unbeatable comfort and unforgettable cushioning.
At this moment in time, pretty much nothing else is known about the adidas Originals Sobakov Boost, but it's expected to release sometime in the summer. Let us know if you'll be adding a pair to your sneaker collection, and be sure to take a look at the full adidas sneaker range!
