First Look at the Drake x Nike Air Force 1 "Certified Lover Boy" Collaboration

Around this time last year, we reported that a Drake x Nike Air Force 1 collaboration was in the works. The 6 God has been part of Team Swoosh for well over seven years now, and the fact that it's taken that long for him to get his own AF1 is truly insane. With all that said, we're now taking our first ever look at the sneaker in question, and it's as understated as we imagined it would be.

Taking on the OG "Triple White" colourway, the "Certified Lover Boy" gets its name from an upcoming album that has yet to receive an official release date. Crafted from premium pebbled leather throughout, a Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels while crisp white flat laces tie everything together.

While the top half is kept pretty simple, the bottom half is where the magic happens. Where you'd usually find the "Air" branding at the heel, it's been replaced with the phrase "Love You Forever" embossed in a script font. The stars that you'd normally find under the Air Force 1 have also been replaced with hearts which is another nod to the upcoming album.

Next to nothing else is known about the Drake x Nike Air Force 1 "Certified Lover Boy" at this moment in time, but we're hoping that they drop pretty soon!
