Jun Takahashi has kept things pretty quiet this season. With his hotly anticipated ISPA OverReact collab set to drop early this year, he has now taken the wraps off the UNDERCOVER x Nike Dunk High "Chaos" Collection. While this certainly isn't the first time the Japanese style icon has reworked the silhouette, it may just be his best pack yet, so let's take a first look!
Revealed as part of his Fall/Winter 2021 line-up, the "Chao" Collection comprises of two clean cut colourways, including a "Triple White" pair and a "Triple Black" one. Going back to basics, Takahashi has left each Dunk High pretty plain with a smooth leather construction that's all too familiar, but he goes one step further by adding text across the ankle and heels. The left shoe is emblazoned with "CHAOS" while the right features the German word "GLEICHGEWICHT" which directly translated to "balance".
Down below, you'll find a speckled midsole that's taken straight from his Air Max 720 and React Presto, and rounding it all off is co-branded detailing that arrives on the tongue, finishing off the simple yet striking designs.
Pretty much nothing else is known about the UNDERCOVER x Nike Dunk High "Chaos" Collection at this moment in time but these should drop before the end of the year. Let us know which colourway you're feeling the most, and while you're here, you might as well take an on-foot look at the fragment design x Nike Dunk High "London"!
