After getting a very brief sneak peek back in June, we're now getting our first look yet at the upcoming Yeezy 450 "Resin". A colourway that's previously made an appearance on Kanye West's Slide as well as the 350 V2, this is perfect for the autumn and winter months ahead.
Dipped in a unique greenish-beige hue, the "Resin" is painted in just one tone throughout the entire shoe. A stretchy Primeknit materials makes up the upper for a sock-like fit, and this is secured by a tight collar that holds everything in place. In-built eyelets on the vamp of the 450 offer up a sleek and seamless look, while the extended tongue and heel portions make this Yeezy easy to slip on and off.
Of course, you can't talk about this sneaker without mentioning the sharktooth-inspired EVA foam midsole underfoot. Designed by the legendary Steven Smith who also created icons such as the Reebok InstaPump Fury, the New Balance 1500, and the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Caged 2, this unit extends all the way up for a look that is sure to turn heads.
Set to land sometime at the end of the year in December, the adidas Yeezy 450 "Resin" might not be for everyone, but there's no doubt in anyone's mind that it's one unique shoe. Let us know what you think of this upcoming colourway, and in related news, the Yeezy Boost 700 V2 "Mauve" has been unveiled!
