If you thought the Nike Dunk hype was going to slow down anytime soon then you can think again, as the next few months’ releases are packed full of dreamy colourways. Arriving across both high-top and low-top silhouettes, the Swoosh brand’s basketball-turned-lifestyle-model sneaker remains unstoppable right now. From super-versatile neutrals to pretty pastels, there’s something for everyone right here, so here’s what to look forward to.
First up, the Nike Dunk High EMB is dropping in the most perfect neutral colour palette, and features a tonne of premium details that make the pair a must-have. Working on top of a canvas base, the shoe comes dressed with beige suede overlays and a cracked leather Nike Swoosh and sits on top of a pink-toned rubber sole unit that provides the perfect finishing touch to the colourway.
If pastels are more your thing, then you’ll want to keep an eye on the Nike Dunk Low “Mint Foam”. Dressed in two minty-green shades, this iteration is as fresh as it comes. The pair kicks off with a light green-coloured base, while tonal mint green overlays hug the upper. A white Swoosh, white laces and a white sole unit add just the right amount of contrast to allow the pastel shades to pop.
Valentine’s Day may be a few months away yet, but it's not too early to get excited over this particular pair. One of the prettiest V-Day Dunks of recent years, 2023’s edition looks to take inspiration from all things sweet, as red velvet and white chocolate shades make up the colour scheme. This comes topped with a cute pink Swoosh - the icing on the cake if you will.
Next up is one of our favourite women’s-exclusive pairs to date - the Nike Dunk Low “Golden Swoosh” is set to land sometime this autumn. Tan leather overlays rest atop a white base, while - you guessed it - a gold Swoosh sweeps across the sidewalls. Ribbon-like laces add a cute point of detail, and leather tongue tabs come decorated with gold branding for a luxurious finish.
Finally, if the CPFM Dunk is too much for you, then this fleecy green number might be a good alternative. Taking cosy kicks to new levels, the Dunk Low “Fleece Green” sees the titular material dress the entirety of the upper, taking on shades of green and white across the shoe’s panels. Fuzzy laces prove to be the perfect accompaniment, and the fluffy theme continues on the linings for added comfort, too. This all comes topped off with embroidered trims and a two-toned sole that pulls the colourway together.
