For Just £1,300, You Too Can Have a Supreme x MM6 Wig

Having already collaborated with high-fashion brands such as Burberry and Louis Vuitton, Supreme has now finally added Maison Martin Margiela to their roster. Working with MM6, the fashion house's ready-to-wear line, Supreme have released official imagery of every item dropping in this collaboration and we honestly don't know how to feel about it.

The collection is packed full of incredible pieces which play with the themes of deconstruction and unconventional design which Margiela is known for. From a wallet styled after a receipt, to a t-shirt with another t-shirt printed on it (confusing, we know), Supreme x MM6 seem like they had a lot of fun with this collaboration. Paired alongside these streetwear focused designs, there are also some more classic menswear pieces, with a tailored suit and even a luxurious fur coat making their way into the collection.

One thing we didn't expect to see was a Supreme x Margiela wig, set to be retailing for £1300! Whilst unexpected from this collaboration, the blonde wig actually pays homage to the Maison Martin Margiela Spring/Summer 2009 collection, which featured a jacket made entirely from blonde wigs and extensions. It's a great reference to make, however we're going to be giving it a miss on drop day.

The pieces we think are going to be the most sought after are of course the Foil Box Logo Hoodie and Box Logo tee, but we wanted to also draw attention to the split varsity jacket. With references to old Supreme graphics such as the Motion logo first seen in 2016, the level of detail given to the jacket is incredible.
