First unveiled last month, Nike’s spooky sneaker for 2021 comes in the form of the Nike Dunk Low PRM “Halloween”, and it’s shaping up to be a seriously popular release. It’s been an incredibly strong year for the Dunk already, so it only made sense for the Swoosh label to choose the silhouette for the annual release. If you’re unfamiliar with this concept, let it be known that Nike launches a halloween-themed sneaker each year and they’re usually hard to get hold of.
Decked out in a familiar-looking combination of black, white and orange, at a first glance this pair might appear visually similar to the “Shattered Backboard” colourway, however once the lights go off they’ve got a hidden trick up their sleeve. Glow-in-the-dark details feature all across the black panels and depict spiders and scary-eyes, perfectly fitting for the halloween theme.
Across the uppers the pair are crafted from premium leather and showcase classic Dunk colour-blocking which has remained the same since 1984. Branding comes in the form of the iconic Swoosh logo stitched onto either side, as well as blacked-out typeface branding on the tongue and heel tabs. Padding is located around the ankles along with a plush inner lining which add to the premium feel, while the toe-box is perforated for ventilation.
This all sits on top of a full-length Nike Air midsole for optimal comfort at all times. If you’re looking to pick up the Nike Dunk Low PRM “Halloween”, then you’ll have to keep it locked in right here, as we’ll be sure to update you with more release details as they’re unveiled. In the meantime, be sure to check out this leaked image of Travis Scott’s upcoming Air Max 1 collab!
