Earlier this summer, we got our very first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High OG "Brotherhood". Celebrating Michael Jordan‘s fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, which was established back in November 17th 1911, it was the first fraternal organisation founded at a historically black university.
Arriving in the same colour palette used by Omega Psi Phi, the aptly named "Brotherhood" works on top of a crisp white base while "University Gold" leather panels wrap around the ankle, heel, and toebox. The rest of the upper is contrasted with "Light Bordeaux" accents which give the Air Jordan 1 a regal look and feel.
A complementary Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side walls, and of course, it wouldn't be an AJ1 without the iconic winged basketball emblem which has been stamped on. This all sits on top of a crisp white Air midsole, finalising the limited edition colour scheme.
According to our sources, the Nike Air Jordan 1 High OG "Brotherhood" will release on February 26th. Yes, we're already at that time of the year when we talk about sneakers coming in 2022. Let us know what you think of this special drop, and while you're here, you might as well take your best look yet at the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Rebellionaire"!
