Building on their existing 2022 release line-up, Jordan Brand are set to revisit their love for Paris once again this year, with an aptly named Air Jordan 1 Mid. After the success of the previous “Paris” AJ1 Low, the special edition Air Jordan 1 Mid “Paris” pays homage to the city once more, this time sporting France’s national tricolour colour palette.
The “Paris” AJ1 Mid sees the silhouette take on a predominantly white tumbled leather base, with blue and red detailing alluding to the city. Alongside the clean white upper, a nylon tongue and mesh collar are done up in a matching shade, whilst a tonal grey takes on the ankle flaps for a pop of contrast.
The “Paris” Jordan Mid’s branding hits are painted in red and blue, with a blue suede Nike Swoosh sweeping across the lateral side of the shoe, and red Jordan Wings insignias stamped on the ankle. The French flag colours appear once again on the tongue, with the Jumpman logo taking on the blue shade, and “Paris” written in red underneath. Underfoot, a white midsole is dipped into a tonal grey outsole to match that seen on the ankle flaps.
Looking to add the “Paris” Air Jordan 1 Mid to your sneaker shelves? Nike are still yet to reveal a release date for the pair, but hopefully, we’ll be seeing them drop during early 2022.
