Not long ago, the Jordan Brand's Spring '22 line-up was revealed on Nike News and it might be the most hyped J fans have got in a while. As well as producing a retro line that makes both long-term and newly Christened Jordan fans shake with excitement, the Oregon-based brand claim to be extending their sizing for women and expanding their use of sustainable materials, all good things to hear!
Although the list was littered with Jordans of all shapes and sizes (you can take a look at the whole list here), we were so glad to see that the trusty Air Jordan 1 made the list multiple times. One of our favourites is the Air Jordan 1 High Brotherhood, an ice cream-inspired iteration that takes on rhubarb-and-custard hues to give us one sickly sweet Jordan 1.

Constructed with only the best premium materials, this high-top AJ1 sees tumbled leather and nubuck take over the upper. As you can see, "University Gold" dresses the ankle panelling, heel and perforated toe box, and as usual we can see the Air Jordan Wings insignia sit in the corresponding "Bordeaux" hue. Further hints of purple can be spied across the Nike Swoosh on the medial and lateral sidewalls, as well as the toe cap, ankle, eyelets and lace unit.
This sweet colour palette refers to Michael Jordan's fraternity at the University of North Caroline: Omega Psi Phi. To finish the sneaker up, a gold rubber outsole sits beneath a clean white midsole.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Brotherhood” will be dropping on 26th February over on Nike SNKRS, so make sure to turn on your release reminders to be updated about the drop.
In other news, the a new set of sneakers have been added to the "On the Bright Side" pack!
