Are you ready for the Off-White x Air Jordan 4 "Sail"? Already being regarded by many sneakerheads as the "Shoe Of The Year", Virgil Abloh's latest Swoosh project first leaked during his Figures of Speech exhibition at MCA Chicago last summer, so to say that we're beyond hyped is a true understatement.
While the "Sail" is certainly a lot simpler when compared to the Louis Vuitton Menswear Design's other Nike and Jordan Brand collaborations, hype surrounding the model has increased at an insane rate since it made its runway debut at Off-White's Fall/Winter 2020 presentation in February. With all that said, it's safe to assume that these will sell out within seconds, so we've compiled a few tips and tricks on how you can maximise your chances of getting a W!

Arriving in a clean cream palette, the "Sail" features an ultra premium leather and suede construction with semi-translucent rubber elements making their way throughout. While Abloh is known for transforming silhouettes quite drastically, this particular release retains the iconic Air Jordan 4 look that we all know and love. However, he does manage to inject his signature deconstructed aesthetic in a very subtle fashion.
Along the medial side panel you'll find technical verbiage, while quoted text makes its presence known along the Air midsole and laces. Of course, it wouldn't be an Off-White x Nike release without the legendary zip tie. Dipped in a complementary cream hue, it ties everything together impeccably.

Raffle Guide
If you absolutely need the "Sail" in your collection this season, then the first thing that you need to do is follow us over on Twitter. By following @thesolesupplier, we'll update you on the latest news surrounding the release, while @thesolerestocks will keep you locked in with direct links and potential restock information as well - something that's insanely important especially for a hyped release like this.
Once that's done, head on over to our "Sail" raffle guide and go crazy. There aren't that many, so be sure to enter every single one of them. It's worth noting that some sites will take money off you first so don't be alarmed. This is a completely normal procedure, so make sure you have enough cash in your account first.

Nike SNKRS
Releasing on July 25th through Nike SNKRS, make sure you set your alarms as the "Sail" will be launching at 8am on Saturday morning. While they are expected to drop via a 15 minute draw, this could be subject to change so make sure you hold tight. If you want to increase your W chances, you can also borrow a friend or family member's device (make sure to social distance) to try your luck.
Also, we can't stress enough how important it is to have all your payment and address info saved and verified. Better yet, let your bank know that it's actually you who's making the transaction just so they don't put it on hold. While it's going to be particularly hard to get them on the phone especially at a time like this, banks have been known to block transactions that they deem suspicious.
Instagram Raffles
If at this stage you still haven't copped, don't worry, as we've got another tip for you. Load up that IG app and follow every single retailer that sold the "Sail" as they're known to re-raffle unclaimed pairs. This happens with the majority of hyped drops, so there's a huge chance that you'll be able to cop here.
If that doesn't work out, then your final resort is The Sole Supplier's Buy & Sell Group on Facebook where you can buy, sell, and even exchange trainers for the pair you want. You probably won't get them for retail here but we've got some pretty good and honest members here so don't be surprised if you do.
And that's that! If you follow every single one of these steps, you've got a pretty good chance of copping Off-White x Nike Air Jordan 4 "Sail" come July 25th! Let us know if you manage to grab a pair, and be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for the latest and greatest sneaker news and releases!
