A classic '90s basketball sneaker, the Nike Air More Uptempo has been reintroduced into our wardrobe as the retro sneaker to add to your collection. Having released a slew of new colourways in both adults' and grade-school sizing, the Nike Air More Uptempo appeals to a mass audience and will add edge to any outfit. Coming with that instantly recognisable 'Air' branding across the entirety of the upper, the '96 Uptempo is one sneaker everyone should have in their rotation if they're looking for a super-retro look with a modern twist.
If you've made the über-cool Uptempo a part of your rotation, or you're going to in the future, then check out how we styled our pairs and the links to where you can buy below. Don't forget to tag us in your IG pics so we can see how you styled yours! You might be wondering how they fit, in which case, check out our sizing guide right here, too.

For the first pair of Nike Air More Uptempos in "Bone Beige", we paired them with an equally as clean outfit. These brand-new joggers from Nike are perfect for those cooler summer days, whilst the white tank top adds contrast and structure to the top of the 'fit. If you're in need of a jacket, rest assured that a light denim one will be perfect. The cuffed joggers look great for showing off these high-top trainers, but wide-leg ones would look great too.
Now, the Nike Air More Uptempo "Wheat" is a pretty loud colourway, but paired with the offset, more muted tones of the green joggers (also from Nike), and a matching monochromatic grey tee, we've made something special that you might not have thought to try before.
For the guys, we've taken the accents from the Nike Air More Uptempo "Navy" and paired the sneakers with a NOCTA x Nike tracksuit in the same tones. Simple styling is always best!
