This is one stellar three-way collaboration if ever we saw one. Following on from the "Orange Blaze" colourway, CLOT and sacai's latest LD Waffle takes on a more wearable colour palette, including the tones "Obsidian Grey" and "Navy", in an iteration that has been dubbed by sneakerheads, 'Kiss Of Death 2.0'.

In case you didn't know, Chitose Abe's LDWaffle creation is a hybrid between the LDV and the Waffle Racer, bringing both those individual designs to a more elevated place. Including the shadowed Swoosh design (this time appearing in 3M), exaggerated midsole, double-stacked tongues and two sets of laces, the LDWaffle has really cemented itself in the sneaker hall of fame.

This pair is more technical that it first appears, however. 'No-sew' mesh covers the entirety of the upper, meaning that the Nike Swooshes, toe cap and eyelets are all part of the upper. There's no stitching to be seen. Cool hues dress this sneaker, making it an easy one to style and positively gender-neutral. You might recognise that the palette is borrowed from the 2013 CLOT x Air Max 1. The grey and blue upper contrasts against an off-white, speckled midsole, whilst pops of aqua green can be found adorning the heel tab with branding from all three collaborators, as well as at the top of the tongue.

What's more is, the Nike Swooshes are reflective, meaning you'll be able to stand out in a room full of people. Underfoot, that titular waffle outsole allows for plenty of grip, making this one comfortable cop.
