If you’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of the sacai x Nike VarpoWaffles then we’ve got good news, the wait is almost over for the Tour Yellow/Gorge Green and String/Villian Red colourways that are both set to release on the 17th December.

First unveiled at Paris Fashion Week, the Burgundy and Green/Yellow sacai VaporWaffles are now finally set to drop this month. If you missed out on copping the Black and White colourways of Chitose Abe’s popular silhouettes that released last month, then you may just have another chance to get your hands on one of the hottest sneaker collabs of the year.

There’s nothing simple about these sneakers. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the premium fabrics used to the bold design and the unique colour palettes. The complex design is what instantly catches your eye with this silhouette. The stacked soles create a layered effect, with the double-layered details including the Swooshes across the lateral sidewall and the doubled-up tongue.

This sneaker fuses together two well-known Swoosh silhouettes, the Vaporfly and Pegasus, expertly mixing classic and contemporary to create a statement-looking shoe that pushes the boundaries of sneaker design. Set to be one of the hottest drops this season, both the Tour Yellow and Villian Red sacai x Nike VaporWaffle will be releasing on the 17th December at 8am, head to the links on this page for a closer look.
