Jacquemus' Newest Nike Air Humara Is Pretty In Pink

Nike and Jacquemus caused quite a splash when it was announced that they’d be teaming up on a capsule collection earlier this year, and now the partnership looks set to continue with another Air Humara on the horizon. Here to bring a small slice of the sunny south of France to the gloomy days ahead is the Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara “Pink” - a pair that sees the titular hue dress the sneaker from top to bottom.

Known for his elevated beach resort-inspired looks and fan-fave accessories, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus is no stranger to injecting a little colour into his usual neutral palettes. Bright blues, greens, yellows and reds have often sat alongside undyed and earth-toned linen structures, and this particular shade of hot pink featured heavily in his FW21 and SS22 shows to name but a few. Having previously released two neutral options of the Air Humara, it seems like a natural progression to introduce this pink pair, which takes on a tonal look across its mesh, leather and suede construction.

The collaborative Air Humara then sees the shade extend to its midsole unit, while a gum outsole rounds off the colourway. Beige laces come topped with pink leather branded tips, and just like the pairs before, a shrunken gold Swoosh can be seen sitting pretty on the side panels.

There’s no word yet on whether there will be an accompanying clothing capsule this time around, but be sure to stay locked for more info as it comes in, as the release date is currently set for the 5th of December.
